Waste Management
Domestic waste is collected twice a week. See recycling and garden/green
waste. Residents are notified about our Quarterley clean-up service via
a letterbox drop. To report a missed service T: 9391 7072.
Garden Waste/Clippings
This service is provided to residents every Wednesday and must be booked.
A maximum of 11 bags or bundles of garden refuse may be put out on the
footpath the night before collection. To make a booking, telephone Council’s
24-hour message line 9657 6101. Please note, refuse placed on footpath
sooner than the night before collection may attract a fine.
Garden waste presented in plastic bags can not be collected. Plastic
contaminates the waste. Use compostable twine, an open container or a
55L garbage bin without a lid, to present garden waste for collection.
Green cart weekly collection
Our weekly green cart service collects garden refuse from a 240L mobile
green cart or recycling crate. Carts can be purchased from our Customer
Service Centre for $85 including delivery T: 9391 7072.
Parking
To alleviate parking congestion in busy areas we have residential parking
schemes. These areas a clearly signposted. If you live in a residential
parking scheme area and you do not have off-street parking your household
is entitled to up to two resident parking permits.
The permits are available from our Customer Service Centre. The first
permit costs $25 and the second $50.

Graffiti
To report graffiti to Council property please call 9391 7072.
To report graffiti on signs, street furniture, seats, litter bins and
